Greece 2013 - Koza Mosta & Agathonas Iakovidis - Nearly Killed The Greek President?

The Greek president thought he was sending a novelty act by sending the song "Alcohol is Free" but in-fact, the song is very infectious and received a lot of votes, evening becoming first at one point.

During this, the Greek president must have been having a heart attack, due to their economical woes and the struggle to find money to host the contest.

Koza Mostra and Agathonas Iakovidis were Greece's entry this year into the Eurovision Song Contest. Their song "Alcohol is Free" won the Greek Eurosong - their national selection. I suppose the Greek president thought he was sending some sort of novelty act, but he was, in reality, sending a very infectious and catchy song that could win the Eurovision.

Believe it or not, San Marino, the country voting first, gave the song 12 points, putting it in 1st place at early days. The Greek president was definitely having a heart attack then, you could hear the defibrillator from Sweden. But luckily, after a few votings, Greece dropped a few places.

But watch out, Greek president, next time you send a song like "Alcohol is Free", 1. You might not be so lucky with voting and 2. Your defibrillator may fail to revive you.
